Heimsoth Home Health Consulting specializes in assisting agencies maximize their potential while keeping abreast of the latest regulations for the industry. Tammie has more than 28 years in the home care industry from being a Case Manager to now, Director of Nurses and consultant to other agencies. She works one on one with agencies to improve outcomes and 5 star ratings along with providing timely and accurate diagnosis coding and oasis auditing.

Tammie has served 2 terms on the Missouri Alliance for Home Care Board of Directors, including the duration when the MAHC fall risk assessment tool was developed, validated, and approved for implementation. She currently serves on MAHC’s Education team and Annual Conference Committees.
